The first step: Are you a candidate?

The first step is getting an appointment with a Lasik center. We can help you find the right center for you. We work with a few Lasik centers and our doctor can make recommendations. Schedule your Lasik surgery date. 

The second step: Get a pre-op exam

Once you have your Lasik surgery date, schedule an appointment with Crystal Vision Optometry. Our doctor will see you for your pre-op exam. We will send your records to your surgeon.

The third step: Surgery day!

 Get your surgery

The fourth step: post-op

After getting your surgery, we schedule your post-op appointments. We see you the day after your surgery and send your records to your surgeon. We also schedule all your post-op appointments for the year and keep following up. 

At the one year mark we see you for your annual eye exam.
